Founded in 2000, Welcomeurope acts as a relay  between the European Commission and actors on the field, and develops various tools that improve project leaders' chances to obtain European funding.

This is the reason why we have decided to publish  for free "the 2008 guidelines  for European project leaders". It helps the general public to gain an better understanding of European funding  and of the method to follow to obtain them
